Being awakened by a ringing telephone in the middle of the night, only to hear the voice of a stranger telling you that you need to get to the hospital emergency room because your child was involved in a terrible car crash is every parent’s nightmare. That nightmare continues as you get to the hospital, only to have the doctors tell you they did everything they could to help your child, but the injuries were so severe there was nothing they could do for him.

This is the nightmare the Blosser family lived on Sunday, July 15, 2007 when their son Christopher and his friend were killed and another friend injured in a tragic car crash.

The Blosser family has made a video about Christopher's story which they are taking to schools and community groups in an effort to prevent tragedies like this from happening in the future.
